Shipping Policy
Card Hype will dispatch your order the same day as purchased up until 2pm. After this time, we'll dispatch the following day. Parcels are delivered to you, signature required, using NZ Post. If you prefer your items sent without signature required, please make a note of this in your order notes at checkout. Rural deliveries do not require a signature.
Non-Holiday Delivery timeframe:
- 1-2 days to all NZ major urban centers.
If your item is going to a rural area, delivery may take an additional 24-48 hours. Rural deliveries do not require signature.
Shipping costs:
- NZ wide $7.00 flat fee
Important to note:
Generally speaking, we aim to have your parcel delivered to you within the timeframes above. Of course, the courier companies do their best to deliver your parcels to the above guidelines. But, sometimes events beyond their control may mean they may take an extra day or so to deliver. As such, please note that they cannot guarantee delivery within the above service standards.
